Lewisville

The city of Lewisville has approved Williams’ application for natural gas development at three locations referred to as the Cobb, Chen and Ace sites.

The city council approved up to eight natural gas wells on the Cobb site, up to four wells on the Chen site and up to four wells on the Ace site. 

Pipelines will be used to connect the operations at these locations, which allows us to:

(a)  reduce the placement of water collection tanks to just one of the sites instead of all three
(b)  use another company’s pipeline compressor equipment that already exists nearby rather than installing additional capacity in the area.

Water hauling from our site will be directed out of Lewisville to the south rather than to the north and west of the development. No water from other communities will be handled at Williams’ Lewisville facilities.

Work on our development in Lewisville began in February.
